Do you have a colour preference? At this time we are expecting black (possibly silver), cream and apricot puppies. Please list in order of preference.
We require that we are notified (and may require that the dog be returned to us, at our expense) if, for any reason you are unable to care for your dog. Do you agree to this?
Finally, please tell me what your ideal dog would be like. All of our puppies are tested and this description is the best way for me to find a good match for you  and you family. Alternatively, if I don't think the Australian Labradoodle is the right breed for you from this description, I will let you know.  Things to consider are: Level of activity; how much time you will spend with the dog;  what kind of activities you plan to do with your dog; do you want a dog for protection, or not, etc…Please remember that the "ideal dog" is only ideal when you can handle the dog during a terrible blizzard, when the kids are crying, the phone is ringing and dinner is burning on the stove all at the same time. Be realistic and think forward!
